The Strengthening and Tiered Evaluation Process (STEP) programme, a CSO-focused approach to compliance and risk management, was developed by WACSI in collaboration with TechSoup. The programme aimed to assist CSOs in enhancing their compliance and due diligence processes. To review and assess the programme's effectiveness and co-create its strategic objectives and goals for the next two years, the partners conducted a two-day retreat in Accra, Ghana.
